2. Description of Service
- Züri Paw Society is an information platform for dog owners in Canton Zürich. We provide guidance on mandatory dog course regulations, a quiz calculator to assess your compliance status, and editorial guide content.
- The platform does not constitute legal or professional advice. Binding information is provided solely by the competent authorities (e.g. Veterinary Office of Canton Zürich).
3. User Account and Profile
- Certain features (profile, checklist, DogMap) require a free account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- Please do not enter personal data belonging to third parties without their consent.
- We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Community Content
- Content you publish on the platform (e.g. DogMap pins, profile data) must be truthful, lawful and non-misleading.
- You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading, you grant Züri Paw Society a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display those images within the platform (e.g. birthday wall, map).
- We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content without notice.
5. Paid Products
- Some content (e.g. the Compliance Kit) is available for purchase. Prices in CHF including applicable VAT.
- Payments are processed via Stripe. After successful payment you will receive a download link by email.
- As digital content, no right of withdrawal applies once the download has been accessed.
6. Disclaimer of Liability
- All content is provided for informational purposes only.
- We accept no liability for damages arising from use or non-use of the content.
- We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information provided.
- Links to external websites are provided without warranty; their respective operators are responsible for their content.
7. Privacy
- Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at pawsociety.ch/en/privacy.
8. Changes to These Terms
- We may update these Terms at any time. Registered users will be notified by email of material changes. Continued use of the platform after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland.
